One place for what customers ask for.And a way to tell them it shipped.

IvaBoard is for founders and small teams who run one SaaS product, or several. Customers post ideas and vote on one portal. You decide in one inbox. When you ship, the people who asked hear about it.

The problem

Feedback is everywhere except where you can use it.

Most small teams already get plenty of feedback. It just never ends up in one list.

Scattered feedback

Requests arrive by email, chat, support tickets and calls. Nobody has the whole picture, so the loudest voice wins.

Duplicate requests

Ten people ask for the same thing in ten different words. You cannot see how many people actually want it.

Silence after shipping

You build it, and the people who asked never find out. They stop telling you what they need.

How IvaBoard fixes it

One loop, four moves.

Feedback only helps when the people who gave it see what happened next.

  1. Collect

Customers post ideas on your portal. While they type a title, IvaBoard suggests ideas that already exist, so votes stay together.

  2. Decide

One vote per verified participant. Comments, one pinned official response, and private notes for your team. Set a status: Open, Planned, In progress, Done or Declined.

  3. Ship

Write a changelog entry and link the ideas it shipped. Voting on those ideas closes by itself.

  4. Tell

Followers get an email with one-click unsubscribe. Follower addresses are never shown to anyone else.

Sign-in handoff

Customers vote from inside your app.

Your server vouches for a customer who is already signed in to your product with a one-time ticket, so they vote without a new password.

  • The ticket works once and expires in 60 seconds.
  • Customers you do not sign in from your app confirm their email with a code instead.
  • Webhooks are signed, so your systems can check where a call came from.

The developers page covers the API, the signed webhooks and the embeds.

Questions from small teams.

  • Is IvaBoard too much for a team of one?

No. Start with one product and one board. Every plan has unlimited team members and voters, so the price does not move when the team or the audience grows.

  • Can I run several products in one workspace?

Yes. Each product keeps its own boards, roadmap and changelog, and new ideas from all of them land in one inbox for you. See multi-product workspaces.

  • Do my customers have to create an account?

Not if you use the sign-in handoff: they vote from inside your app as the person they already are. Without it, they confirm their email with a code.

  • How soon can I start?

After checkout we set up your workspace within one business day and email your sign-in link.
