Run your clients' feedback portals from one workspace. On their domains, under their name.

For agencies and studios that build or run products for clients. Each client gets a portal on its own domain with its own branding. You manage them all in one place, and client staff see only their own product.

A sample client portal. Northwind Docs is a sample client.

What an agency gets.

The things you would otherwise build or fake for every client.

One workspace, many products

Each client is a product with its own boards, roadmap and changelog. New ideas from every client land in one inbox for you.

Multi-product workspaces

Portals on client domains

A client adds a subdomain such as ideas.client.com. IvaBoard checks the DNS records and turns on HTTPS. With white-label, no powered-by mark appears anywhere.

White-label and domains

Branding per product

Pick one of five accent colours and add a logo for each product. Portals come in light and dark themes, and update emails carry the product's accent colour.

Per-product access for client staff

Invite a client's people and grant them access to their product only. They work in the products you grant, with the role you choose, and see nothing else.

Three clients, three portals, one workspace.

Each portal has its own address, name and colour. Behind them is one workspace you run.

Sample clients and sample ideas. Each one is a separate product in a single workspace.

Four steps

How a client goes live.

You do the work once per client. Most of it is settings, not code.

  1. Create a product for the client

The product gets its own boards, roadmap and changelog. Nothing is shared with your other clients.

  2. Brand it

Choose the accent colour and add the client's logo. The portal and its emails take on the client's look.

  3. Verify the client's domain

Claim a subdomain, then add the two DNS records the console shows. When both are found, HTTPS is set up and renewed for you.

  4. Invite the client's staff

Grant them access to their product. They work in that product, within the role you gave them.

Who sees what.

Product permissions are enforced by the application, so a client never sees another client.

The client's customers
The client's name, logo and colour on a portal at the client's own address. With white-label, no IvaBoard branding in tab titles or shared links.
The client's staff
Only the products you grant them, in the role you chose. Staff sign in to the console, with second-factor safeguards.
You
Every product in one workspace, one inbox for new ideas, and the team page where you manage who has access to what.

Questions from agencies.

  • How many clients can I run?

One client is one product, so it depends on your plan. The White-label lifetime tiers cover 3, 15 and 100 products, and Scale covers 10.

  • Is IvaBoard branding removed?

On Scale and on the White-label lifetime tiers, yes. Tab titles, shared link previews and the not-found page carry the client's name, and IvaBoard adds no powered-by mark. Hosted tiers and Starter and Growth keep IvaBoard branding.

  • Where do customers sign in?

Customers who sign in with an email code confirm it on app.ivaboard.com and come straight back to the client's domain, and those emails name IvaBoard. Customers you sign in from the client's own app with the handoff never leave the domain.

  • Do clients pay per seat?

No. Team members and voters are unlimited on every plan, so a client can invite as many people as they like.

  • Can each client use their own domain?

Yes, up to the custom-domain limit of your plan. The client adds a subdomain such as ideas.client.com to their DNS, and IvaBoard turns on HTTPS when the records are found.

Give every client a portal of their own.
