Feedback only helps when customers see what happened next. IvaBoard is a product of Ivacode SRL, a software company in Chișinău, Moldova, built for teams that run SaaS products and want to listen to customers without buying a heavy suite.

Why it exists
The loop that usually breaks.
Product feedback tends to live in too many places: email, chat, support tickets and calls. The same request arrives in ten different words, and nobody can see how many people want it. When the work ships, the people who asked rarely hear about it.
IvaBoard puts the whole loop in one place. Customers post ideas and vote. You decide what to build. You publish a changelog entry that links the ideas it shipped, and the people who follow those ideas get told.
It is made for teams that run one SaaS product or several, and for agencies that run portals for clients. It is not trying to be a project tracker, a help desk or a survey tool.

Six rules we hold the product and the website to.
Honest by default
We describe what is built and nothing else. Prices are public, sample data is labelled as a sample, and there are no invented numbers or testimonials.
Accessible by design
IvaBoard is built and tested against WCAG 2.2 AA. That is a target we test against, not a claim of conformance. If you find a barrier, tell us.
Private by design
Participants can ask to erase their own data. Follower email addresses are never shown to others, and image metadata such as EXIF is stripped on upload.
No per-seat pricing
Every plan has unlimited team members and voters. You pay for products, boards and domains, never for people.
Staff and customers stay apart
Staff sign in to the console with second-factor safeguards. Customers sign in to a portal. Creating a customer account never grants staff access.
Your name on your portal
Run the portal on your own domain, in your accent colour, and with white-label remove IvaBoard branding. Your data leaves as CSV whenever you want it.

Setup is manual
After checkout we set up your workspace ourselves, within one business day, and email your sign-in link. There is no self-serve sign-up yet.
Hosted addresses are coming
Addresses on ivaboard.com are being added. Until they are live, your hosted portal runs at app.ivaboard.com.
