Roles that match how teams work.
Nobody gets every product by accident. Access to a product is a grant you give on purpose.

- Invite teammates by email. Team members are unlimited on every plan.
- Give a member a grant on one product, not on all of them.
- Set an end date on a grant, and it stops working on that day.
- Owners and admins must set up two-factor sign-in before they use the console.

Can one customer use one login across my products?
A participant belongs to one product. IvaBoard never merges people across products because their email addresses match, so each product keeps its own customers.
Can I merge ideas from two different products?
No. A merge happens inside one product, so an idea never moves between the audiences of two products.
Do team members count against a limit?
No. Team members and voters are unlimited on every plan. Plans limit products, and on some plans custom domains.
Can I give a contractor access to one product for a month?
Yes. Invite them as a member, grant a role on that product only, and set an end date. The grant stops working on that date.
