Subprocessors
The providers that process personal data for IvaBoard: what they do, what data they handle and where. How we tell customers about changes.
Ivacode SRL uses the providers below to run IvaBoard. This page lists the ones that process personal data. It supports our Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum. It lists only providers we use today.

Providers for the IvaBoard service (app.ivaboard.com)
This is the processing of Customer Personal Data (participant data in customers' portals) and of staff accounts.

Not on this list
- Let's Encrypt issues our TLS certificates. It does not receive personal data from our visitors.
- We use no analytics or advertising provider. If that changes, they will be added here first.
- The email servers of people who receive our messages (for example Gmail) are not our subprocessors. They are the recipient's own providers.
International transfers
OVH hosts the app in Germany and the website in the United Kingdom. The UK is covered by an EU adequacy decision. SureCart relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. Ivacode SRL itself is in Moldova, and the DPA explains the Standard Contractual Clauses we offer customers.
How we tell you about changes
- We update this page and its date whenever we add or replace a provider.
- For a new subprocessor of Customer Personal Data, we email the workspace owner at least 30 days before it starts. A customer who objects on reasonable data protection grounds can write to support@ivaboard.com within that time. The DPA explains what happens next.
- In an emergency we may replace a provider at once. We will tell you as soon as we can.
