Services

Ivacode provides WordPress website design, build, maintenance, support, and related setup services. The exact scope for each project or care plan is confirmed in the written proposal, quote, order, or service description agreed with you.

We may use trusted third-party tools, plugins, platforms, and suppliers to deliver the service. Third-party products remain governed by their own terms.

Quotes, payments, and installments

Prices, payment dates, and installment schedules are confirmed before work starts. Deposits and staged payments may be required for build projects. Ongoing care plans are billed monthly or yearly unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.

If a payment is late, we may pause work, support, or access to ongoing services until the account is brought up to date. Unpaid work does not need to be released.

Hosting as a perk

Some builds include 3 months free hosting as a launch perk. Hosting is not sold as a standalone product by Ivacode. After the included period, hosting may continue as part of an agreed care relationship or you may move the site to another suitable provider.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate content, approvals, access, business information, legal policies, product details, and permissions needed for us to complete the work.

You must not ask us to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful material. You are responsible for reviewing and approving final site content before launch.

Intellectual property and ownership

Once the agreed fees are paid, you own the final website content and build created for you, except for third-party assets, open-source software, stock materials, licensed plugins, and reusable Ivacode methods or components.

We may retain reusable know-how, workflows, internal templates, and general techniques. We may show the finished work in a portfolio unless we agree otherwise.

Warranties and liability

We aim to provide careful, professional work, but we do not guarantee that a website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every future third-party update.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ivacode is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or issues caused by third-party services, client changes, or unavailable access. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Online purchases and subscriptions

Some services and plans can be purchased or subscribed to through this website. Online checkout and payments are handled by our payment provider, Paddle (Paddle.com), acting as the merchant of record; we do not store your full payment details. Subscriptions such as care plans renew automatically on the agreed monthly or yearly cycle until cancelled.

Because we provide bespoke and professional services, fees for website, platform, and development work are non-refundable once work has started, and we do not refund a subscription billing period that has already begun, except where required by law or agreed in writing. Governing law and disputes

Ivacode SRL is registered in the Republic of Moldova. These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or to our services, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, and you agree to the courts of the Republic of Moldova having jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
